Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is received.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on location and carrier.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the personal nature of our bath, body, and candle products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items (Bold)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@lovecitycandlesbathandbody.shop. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue store credit.
Refund Policy
